Kaitaia Fire Ltd. was established in 1989 on a 5 acre organic farm in the Far North of New Zealand. The aim is to provide top quality New Zealand made hot sauces, using the finest organic produce sourced from our Doubtless Bay, New Zealand, region. By using Kaitaia Fire sauces, discernng customers throughout the world, will be able to experience a little of what makes New Zealand great, and perhaps appreciate a small sample of our culture.
